I disagree with the negative comments. The good thing about it is, a product based organization and product based organization does not dissolve easy. As far as the characteristic is concerned -- Friendly Environment -- High Emotional Intelligence in Manager / Lead Level -- Nice pay -- Flexible Working hours 9:30 am to 6:30 pm -- Holidays on Weekend (Saturday and Sunday are off).
