I basically know how you all feel about Viv and I and our minimal contributions to your successes, so minimal in fact that we shouldn't even be informed of anything. Sure we are good enough to sign paychecks and provide decent equipment but other than that we aren't good for much. I've come to realize over the years that no one likes a boss, no one likes to be told or asked what to do, no one likes their work critiqued. But of course, the reality is that is my job and Viv's job. Our job is to make money so that the company stays afloat and paychecks come out on time and at the right amount. I've come to realize that everyone thinks they can do a better job at some facet or another than Viv or I can. I realize all this.. but I've never had it put in my face in quite this manner. To be in my position but to be held in such low esteem by current and former employees is not a fun place to be. I could understand it from people who due to unfortunate circumstances I had let go for whatever reason but that isn't the case here. You may not like Viv for whatever reasons you have.
