You see his girlfriend Vivian knew all about the Emmys and decided not to tell him due to some relationship spat or the fact that he likes to stir up drama.

Congrats on you're recent Emmy nominations and wins.   Of course no one bothered to inform me by email, in person, or otherwise.  I had to learn about it via the DJ Forums.   I suppose I shouldn't have expected anything different.  I basically know how you all feel about Viv and I and our minimal contributions to your successes, so minimal in fact that we shouldn't even be informed of anything.   Sure we are good enough to sign paychecks and provide decent equipment but other than that we aren't good for much. 

I've come to realize over the years that no one likes a boss, no one likes to be told or asked what to do, no one likes their work critiqued.   But of course, the reality is that is my job and Viv's job.  Our job is to make money so that the company stays afloat and paychecks come out on time and at the right amount.   I've come to realize that everyone thinks they can do a better job at some facet or another than Viv or I can.  

I realize all this.. but I've never had it put in my face in quite this manner.   To be in my position but to be held in such low esteem by current and former employees is not a fun place to be.  I could understand it from people who due to unfortunate circumstances I had let go for whatever reason but that isn't the case here.  

You may not like Viv for whatever reasons you have.  But I've not done anything to any of you (except the one time I told Perry he was talking out his ass).   I've barely ever asked for anything from any of you. Yet you all owe me your careers.

I told Othon that my wife and I won't be going to the Christmas Party again this year.  I gave him some lame excuse but the reality is I don't want to be in a place that I'm not wanted.   There are lots of places where I am wanted and appreciated, but not by any of you guys.  

I'm sorry for whatever I've ever done (or whatever you think I've done) to any of you guys to be despised so much.  I won't be crying myself to sleep, I realize it's my lot in life that not everyone will like me and I can live with that, but I can at least let you know how I feel.
