In my career I had very small stay at Xyon... but all time of my stay in this company was a very good experience. Though this starter company with very small team was had no big charm for a person having more than 7 years of experience but even than I learn much and able to meet some very great developers.
The ownership is very very supporting and environment was really friendly. I wish I could join them sometime later again when they have real need of well experienced persons.
If you are Self starter and confident on yourself even fresh but have skills to learn yourself I must join without a second thought. You will make your way to success.
