This is extremely bad culture in Tradekey, only Sunni and Men are allowed to enter in the company, no job opportunity for female candidates and sorry for Shia, and other Fiqa's people. This is really bad example for a Pakistani company, which has not equal opportunities for all sect and all people.

TradeKey started their business by using the name of Islam. TradeKey used to be known for best office timings(7-2:30pm),striving for Islamic principles in business,free meal,respecting employees and all that. Now when TradeKey is growing. They are turning to another corporate monster which is gearing up to suck its own employees. By hiring some stooges and crooks as heads of IT,Admin and HR,the CEO has striken the axe on his own feet. The new P4P system is just spreading disappointment among employees. The company does not seek for "Shariah" anymore as they are moving away from original goal. Definitely would not recommend anyone to join it

Tradekey is one of the rapid growing IT company of Pakistan. During recession time when majority of the IT companies were reducing their HR, Tradekey was the only company who has open their doors for the guys fired by other companies. They are offering reasonable salary packages, food, cell phone, takaful, PF etc. facilities to their employees and keep adding the new things. However, since this company is growing so they have some weak areas where they have to improve. But overall my experience was good.
