at the time of interview they said we have Compensation and Benefits and give paid hours after 6 . means late sittings have paid amont but this never happend !!
they never paid so i higly recommend people not to join any one or join by sigin on paper .

To be honest, i believe SPC TEK is a great place for someone to start their career. I came in with very little knowledge and I've gained a lot of knowledge and I still am, obviously the people who are against SPC TEK haven't been to other companies.

How can you comment that the office culture is bad? The culture is relaxing and that's what all employees want. You think you want a different culture but you really don't. A culture where you just work and no play, that culture is very common especially in Pakistan.
