PiSigma/Prosol is a body of liars and jerks who sit in the management and exploit the employees at their will. It's more like a Begaar Camp of software industry where the poor people kept in detention are its own employees. Many have suffered and yet many other are still suffering. It has a pet business strategy of hiring fresh employees on false fringe benefits and high salaries. The poor guy who works diligently all month giving in all his efforts comes to know at month-end that he will not get his salary on the 1st and that there is an in-definite delay. This delay gets loner and longer but never ends. Instead he is given a lolly pop of 10% of his salary and is advised to stay mum. After the person has been trapped he has no where to go because the company owes him all his salaries he worked for all those months. If the employee uses his last resort of resigning from the company he has no other way but to forget his money or otherwise keep on pleading to them month after month in vain. While the developers are given a pint of their amount the managers enjoy all sorts of perks and get fat every day. The poor employees have staged walk-outs and strikes a number of time but there is no change. The owner of the company is nourishing his other businesses by feeding them hefty capital he saves on employees salaries. This issue is going on for more than 2 years and the sincerity of the higher management to solve this problem is nothing but a big lie. I think PSEB or some other government authority should take notice of this company and blacklist it immediately. As a general CAUTION I will advise people to STAY AWAY!! from this fraud company.

There is a serious issue of salary payment at PiSigma and it seems that the management is not sincere in rectification of this problem. In-fact deep down they are using it as a tactic to save money and invest it in other business. This issue is as old as 2.5 years and is still going on. In order to keep the company going they pay a small fraction from the huge pending salary amount and poor employee is said to wait for an indefinite period of time. Those who have left are still waiting for the clearance of their pending salaries. The top management still enjoys all perks and on-time salaries and are encouraged to keep lying to developers and trap them with all possible tricks.

Three thing I want to highlight about company 1) company says no salary when no project resign or work as stupid. 2) Mr Nadeem so called project manager of the company is actually a big blunder of the company, very silent person but always thinking about cutting the roots of others. 3)Mr Asif : Manu noot wakha mara mood banay

Never ever think to join this company and ruin your career. Nobody bother to pay you (forget about on-time payment). Incompetent management as they don’t even care about anything, particularly employees. Simply stating; “Management’s” policy is to “get” people at the very cheap price, use them, exploit them without even paying them  and then throw them, if the person leaves at his own will by forfeiting his/her dues that would be ok otherwise PSG will fight till the last drop of blood to avoid any sort of payment /salary to employees. No need to mention that salary/payment is the right company employees have already earned the company by putting all their sincere efforts and hard work. Normally companies nurture/raise employees through salaries, career progression, increments, trainings etc. but in-case of PSG, all “lower-level” employees are raising “Management” of PSG and their families (where Management stands for (so called) IT Management, Company Management, HR, Accounts etc.). I intentionally didn’t mention any name, although I can quote 101+ examples. No future, no vision, no career, get the hell out of there.
