They have a very perfect system to judge the person's ability. Ofcourse it takes time to judge a person in one day instead of calling him again and again for several interviews. They just do it in one term.

I am impressed with their selection process. They judge you and make sure you are suitable for the job so they don't have to fire you later on. Any good university or company requires a test, so its nothing unusual.

pathetic recruitment process, dunno a **** about human resources.directors dont have an idea of conducting interviews and they are being assigned to conduct interviews...........silly policy and procedures of company.........highly not recommended
