I am not talking about every one as I also have some very good friend working at Mondo but here i am just going to share my interview experience with the sense that it might help Modno's interview to think about it. During interview they are totally incapable of perceiving a person interpersonal skills. They just want a person who could answer some OOPs question which they know or practiced. They just want coders as they are personally doing coding work as architects.I haven't seen any professional attitude and approach. It will greatest sin to apply Mondo if you are not doing coding from last three or four months as they believe that analysis and documentation is a shit work and only Ghoras can do it better. I will request then to show some professional ethics and don't screen a four to five year person from a telephonic interview.
