The environment of the company is very teasing and hell for employees. Non of the employee is satisfied there and all are looking to quit because of poor and brainless management. Employees treated in machsol as tissue papers that is the reason 99% of the employees left beofre 6 months of their joining. The best games at machsol is leg pulling and politics that is the reason not a single good resource can stay there , just a junk sitting and waiting for any opportunity. They are making fool of the investors and it is basically their earning resource because they can not produce anything good for the company.

Poor quality products because not a single employee treated with respect at machsol. Machsol treat employees like they land lord treat their farmers. They should rlearn and read how to handle and treat the staff.
