The worst software house to be, although its not a software house atall, its a public booth. There is no standard nothing atall except sick managment staff who does'nt know how to run a proper software house. They never pay employee at the time when he leaves niether do they give any sort of Job letter. Terrible place to do job. Not recommended atall !!

Who says its a software house ?? The place where employee is fired just because the HR manager does'nt like him/her?? Honeastly the dirtiest politics is happen to be there. A small room with 5 pc's and you call it a software house ??? Even the CEO have no experience working at any place. How can run a proper software house?? They usually hire internees, harrass them and threat them as poor internees get terrified.

Ok i worked back in 2004, and it was a nightmare for me. Nothing more than a family oriented house who keeps a powerful lobby against any outsider employee. There is nothing i got impressed at that time. I felt more like laid in a government hospital ward.

I worked here around couple of years back. The worst of the worst I would say. I then joined MediaLinkers ....thats the best one medium sized org. It took some time to come out of shock and trauma but finally I got there.

Very disturbing enviourment and more like sort of black mailers authority pressurinzing their employees as are like slaves. They never pay salary to youngsters!! They have connection with MAJU university Islamabad on which they do bullish things. Stop victimising new graduates!

I have been working in eycon for more than one year and i have learned a lot here. According to my point of view if your work with honest, take your assignments seriously, and with respect of managers and supervisor, Eycon provides a good for learning if are following the above aspects. All the pings that are against are because of dishonesty, not taking their assignments serious.

Simply piece of craps.FRESH GRADUATES DONT JOIN. I worked there in one and half year worst ever time of my life.. They will keep deducting your salary in the name of so called Job security and won't return you. Instead you will be fired in last week of month so the current salary and salary wont be paid. Cheapest ever way to earn.
